What happens after the programs?

After completing your 3-month program, ongoing care is available through individual functional health follow-up visits at $149. We will work together to determine the level of support that best fits your goals and health needs.

Medical Card Certifications

Guidance for patients interested in cannabis for medical support.

We will review your medical history and determine if you meet eligibility per your state regulations to obtain a medical card.

NH residents must have their initial appointment with us in person per state regulations. Afterwards, they can recertify via telehealth.

MA residents can utilize telehealth or in-person for any of their visits.
